We want you to love your fit. If the size isn’t right or you change your mind, we’ve got you covered with an easy, trust-first process.

The Ground Rules

  • Timeline: Let us know within 2 to 3 working days of receiving your package.
  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached in their original packaging.
  • Sale Items: Items bought on sale or during promotional drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Need a Different Size? (Exchanges)

  1. The Fast Track (Recommended): Ship the item back to our Islamabad setup via any local courier (TCS, Leopards, etc.) and send us a photo of the receipt. Once it arrives, we will refund your shipping cost as store credit and dispatch your new size immediately.
  2. The Slow Track: We can arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep. Just keep in mind that courier pickups take a bit longer to get back to us, so your exchange will take a little more time to process.

Want Your Money Back? (Cashback)

If you just want a return, we offer a full refund for the product price directly to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Ship the item back to us. Once we receive it and confirm it’s in original condition, your cashback will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Note: Original shipping charges (Rs. 250) are non-refundable.
